What is it?

A recruitment system, conceived and developed for employers, effective for any vacancy type, in any sector, which saves time, trouble and money when compared to traditional methods.

How does it work?

By responding to the rapidly changing ways in which candidates are looking for work and using those sources a candidate uses to find a particular vacancy.

By building Talent Pools of candidates unique to each employer.

By using the Talent Pool as the first source of candidates and as a lead to other candidates, not visibly looking for work.

The ProCognate Group manages the recruitment for each employer, building talent pools for vacancies and for key or vulnerable posts.

What is a Talent Pool?

It is an employer’s own database of candidates relevant to all, or some of, the roles in the company. All the candidates have the appropriate core skills and have expressed interest in working for the employer. This customised database is thus tailored to the needs of each individual employer, and not shared with anyone else.

Any company that wants to fill vacancies in a timely manner, that wants to cut their recruitment costs and that wants to reduce the time and involvement spent in lengthy and irksome screening of CVs and candidate applications.
