What is a Talent Pool?
It is an employer’s own database of candidates relevant to all, or some of, the roles in the company. All the candidates have the appropriate core skills and have expressed interest in working for the employer. This customised database is thus tailored to the needs of each individual employer, and not shared with anyone else.
